08Data Retention

• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 and its amendments.
• Gaming Activity Data: Retained for three (3) years following the relevant gaming session, or longer where required for dispute resolution or regulatory purposes.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for ongoing dispute resolution.

We will respond to all legitimate data rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. In complex cases, we may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reasons for it.

11Children's Privacy

The 218plusph platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the 218plusph platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control tools and to monitor the online activities of minors in their care to prevent underage access to gambling platforms.

12International Data Transfers

Some of the third-party service providers engaged by 218plusph — such as cloud infrastructure providers and analytics platforms — may process your personal data outside of the Philippines.
